These Terms & Conditions govern the use of korasis.gr and purchases made through the KORASIS website. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, subject always to any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

These Terms apply to purchases made through korasis.gr and to your use of the website.
Additional terms may apply to particular services, including personalised, made-to-order or bespoke products. Where additional conditions apply, they will be communicated before an order is confirmed.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or replace rights granted to consumers by mandatory applicable law. In particular, nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Greek or European Union law.
We make every reasonable effort to describe and present KORASIS products accurately, including their dimensions, materials, colours, features and construction.
However, leather is a natural material and individual pieces may vary in grain, texture, markings and tone. These natural variations contribute to the individual character of each piece and, within reasonable limits, are not considered defects.
Colours may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography and the settings of your screen. Dimensions and weights provided on product pages are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
We may modify product specifications where reasonably necessary, provided that such changes do not materially alter the nature, quality or functionality of a product already ordered.
Products displayed on korasis.gr constitute an invitation to place an order and do not by themselves constitute a binding offer. When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms.
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. A binding sales contract is formed when KORASIS confirms acceptance of your order or dispatches the product, whichever occurs first.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where:

Prices displayed on korasis.gr are shown in euros (€) unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes will be presented in accordance with the legal and tax status of KORASIS and the destination of the order.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately before you complete your purchase.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, local taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are not included in the KORASIS purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may contact you before accepting the order to give you the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Online payments are securely processed through Stripe and any other payment services that may be displayed at checkout.
KORASIS does not store complete debit or credit card details. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed unless another payment arrangement has expressly been agreed.
The payment provider may carry out security, authentication and fraud-prevention checks in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.
KORASIS works on a deliberately small scale. Some products may be available for immediate dispatch, while others may be made to order or require additional production time.
Where a product is made to order, personalised or bespoke, the estimated production period will be communicated on the relevant product page, during the ordering process or directly to the customer.
Production times and delivery times are separate. Any production or delivery date provided by KORASIS is an estimate unless we expressly agree otherwise. If an unexpected delay materially affects your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate before completing your order. KORASIS cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs procedures, carrier disruptions, adverse weather, strikes or other exceptional events. Nothing in this section affects statutory rights relating to delivery.
If you are a consumer purchasing online within the European Union or another jurisdiction providing an equivalent right, you may have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an eligible product without giving a reason.
For eligible products, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform KORASIS of your decision through a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires. You may contact us at hello@korasis.gr.
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.
This right is subject to the exceptions provided by applicable consumer law, including certain products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised (see Section 12).
Products returned following a change of mind must be handled with reasonable care. You may inspect a product to establish its nature, characteristics and suitability in a manner comparable to the examination reasonably possible in a physical store.
You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of a returned product resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for that purpose.
Where reasonably possible, products should be returned with their original packaging, dust bag, accessories, documentation and any other items supplied with the product.
Please do not send a return before contacting KORASIS for return instructions.
Where you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, KORASIS will refund payments received from you in accordance with applicable consumer law. This includes the original standard delivery charge where reimbursement of that charge is required by law.
If you selected a delivery service more expensive than our standard delivery option, any additional delivery cost above the standard service is not refundable except where required by law.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing times applied by banks or payment providers after a refund has been issued are outside the control of KORASIS.
KORASIS may offer products that are personalised, manufactured to customer specifications or individually created following a bespoke consultation.
Where a product is made to your specifications or clearly personalised, the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase for a simple change of mind may not apply, to the extent provided by applicable consumer law. Where this exception applies, we will make this clear before you place the order.

The absence of a change-of-mind withdrawal right does not affect your rights where a personalised or bespoke product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not conform to what was agreed.
For significant bespoke commissions, additional specifications, pricing, deposits, production times and approval arrangements may be agreed individually with the customer before production begins.
KORASIS is responsible for supplying products that conform to the sales contract and applicable consumer law.
If a product arrives damaged, is defective, is materially different from its description or otherwise fails to conform to the contract, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide:
Depending on the circumstances and your rights under applicable law, available remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, KORASIS will bear reasonable return costs where required by law.
Consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee and other remedies provided by applicable consumer-protection law.
For consumers in the European Union, goods are covered by the applicable statutory conformity guarantee, including the minimum protection provided under EU consumer law.
These statutory rights exist independently of any additional repair, maintenance or commercial guarantee voluntarily offered by KORASIS. Nothing in these Terms limits those statutory rights.
We believe an object worth making should also be worth keeping. KORASIS may provide repair and maintenance services for its products in order to extend their useful life.
The availability, scope and cost of a repair will depend on factors including the nature of the damage, product construction, availability of original or compatible materials and hardware, and whether the issue results from normal wear, accidental damage or a manufacturing defect.
Where a repair is covered by your statutory consumer rights or by an express KORASIS commercial guarantee, those rights will apply. For damage resulting from normal wear, accident, misuse or circumstances outside any applicable guarantee, we may offer a repair for a reasonable charge following assessment.

Leather is a natural material. Variations in grain, texture, pores, tone, markings and other surface characteristics are inherent to genuine leather and contribute to the individuality of each KORASIS piece.
Natural leather may also develop changes in colour, softness and patina through exposure to handling, light, moisture and normal use. Similarly, products made and finished individually may exhibit subtle differences that reflect the nature of small-scale craftsmanship.
Such characteristics, within reasonable limits, are not manufacturing defects. This does not affect your rights where a product is genuinely faulty or does not conform to its description.
Leather products require appropriate care. Customers should follow any care instructions supplied with the product or published by KORASIS.
Damage caused by inappropriate cleaning products, excessive exposure to water or heat, improper storage, misuse, unauthorised alteration or other treatment inconsistent with reasonable leather care may not constitute a manufacturing defect.

The content of korasis.gr, including the KORASIS name and trademarks, logos, original text, photography, graphics, illustrations, website elements and original product-related materials, is owned by KORASIS or used under appropriate licence, except where otherwise indicated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or used to suggest an association with KORASIS without appropriate permission, except where such use is permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms grants any licence or right to use KORASIS trademarks, branding or other protected material.

We may temporarily suspend access to parts of the website for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption or error.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Greek or European Union law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, nor does anything in these Terms restrict mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KORASIS is not responsible for losses resulting solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Where you purchase products as a consumer, these Terms do not exclude or restrict liability in a manner prohibited by applicable consumer law.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the KORASIS Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, the service providers with whom information may be shared and the rights available to you.
Where optional cookies or analytics technologies require consent, your choices can be managed through the cookie controls available on korasis.gr.
These Terms are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer residing in another European Union or European Economic Area country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available to you under applicable law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts determined in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms restricts any right a consumer may have to seek remedies before the courts or competent authorities available under mandatory consumer-protection law.
If you have a complaint concerning an order or a KORASIS product, please contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
We aim to handle complaints fairly and within a reasonable period. Consumers may also have access to alternative dispute-resolution mechanisms or competent consumer-protection authorities under applicable Greek or European law.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business operations or legal obligations. The current version will always be published on korasis.gr together with its latest revision date.
Changes apply from the date the revised Terms are published and will not retrospectively alter the terms applicable to orders already accepted, except where required by law or expressly agreed with the customer.
