1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Korasís website (korasis.gr) and the purchase of goods from us. By accessing or using the website, and by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The website is operated by Kooreloo LLP (trading as Korasís), registered in Greece with VAT number EL800861846 and organisation number 143265301000, with its registered address at 12A Kyprou Street, 18346 Moschato, Athens, Greece.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order on Korasís, you are making an offer to purchase goods. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order.

• All orders are subject to availability and payment authorisation.
• Product images are for illustration purposes only — slight colour variations may occur on different screens.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is found to be incorrectly priced or out of stock.
• You must be 18 years or older to place an order.

3. Prices & Taxes

All prices on the Korasís website are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. Duties and tariffs are included in our prices for all destinations — there are no surprise import charges upon delivery.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna (where available). All card transactions are processed securely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. We do not store your card details.

For Klarna instalment payments, the terms and conditions of Klarna apply. Payment is due according to your chosen Klarna plan.

5. Bespoke Orders

• Your bespoke bag will be crafted within 14 working days of payment confirmation.
• Once an order enters production (typically within 24–48 hours of payment), it cannot be cancelled.
• Minor variations in colour, texture, and grain are natural properties of handcrafted leather goods and are not defects.
• Monogramming is irreversible. Please double-check spelling and placement before confirming your order.
• You will receive email updates at each stage of production via our bespoke tracker.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Korasís website — including but not limited to images, text, logos, product designs, configurator tool, bag silhouettes, and the Korasís brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of Kooreloo LLP or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Korasís content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Korasís is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the applicable laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
